Festival of Lights is a unique festival of Myanmar. Every house, every street, every city light up with candle or decorate with electric lights. For history, this is the day Buddha descent from the celestial realm after 3 months long teaching of အဘိဓမ္မာ or Abhidhamma (Pali) to the celestial beings. People welcome the Buddha by lighting up on his way back to the human realm.
